JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: Under general supervision, provides financial, analytical, and technical support to the clinical areas of the Medical Center in the areas of budget preparation and monitoring, project and cost analysis, and productivity improvement to provide the highest quality financial reporting services for GBMC.Education Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Health Administration MBA or CPA strongly preferred Experience 1 year progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a health care environment Skills * Knowledge of advanced accounting, financial analysis, statistics and modern financial management theory * Skill in data analysis and interpretations of marketing, financial, statistical and accounting data * Skill in oral and written communication * Advanced skill in using computers and personal productivity applications * Ability to evaluate project costs * Ability to prioritize projects and workflow Licensures, CertificationsPhysical Requirements * Ability to sit, stand, concentrate and pay close attention to detail Working Conditions * Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature extremes and the like.
