It is at BridgePoint where care, community, and careers happen JOB SUMMARY: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a member of the senior administrative team and provides financial expertise and decision support through analysis, budget development, and strategic planning. The CFO also supports the CEO in all financial matters, including government relations matters. The Chief Financial Officer provides financial leadership to the areas of financial reporting, revenue cycle, and budgeting, including capital planning. The Chief Financial Officer communicates the strategic financial direction for the facility to other senior executives within the organization, the Facility Board, and appropriate external parties. The CFO works closely with the company CFO to ensure financial deliverables are competed timely and accurately. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree required; Accounting or Finance preferred; Masters degree preferred, CPA desirable Experience: Acute Care Hospital Finance: 5 years (Required) Long Term Acute Care and Skilled Nursing Facility experience highly preferred Strong for-profit CFO experience and accounting background, financial statement expertise, and strong revenue cycle experience About Bridgepoint BridgePoint Healthcare is dedicated to promoting healing and wellness in a safe and welcoming environment, with an individualized path to recovery for each patient.
