The Tax Manager must be proficient in preparation of books on tax and 704(b) basis, able to manage tax projections and compliance process, ability to analyze, abstract, and oversee proper recording of various development agreement transactions, keep management apprised of tax changes/developments, review tax workpapers for real estate assets and operating entities, provide innovative tax planning, able to review complex tax returns, and identify and mitigate tax risks.
