Clearance: Active TS RequiredResponsibilities/Duties: Support the CIO in supporting the redesign of the IT portfolio to align the investment portfolio to the client's new strategy and align IT priorities to the enterpriseProvide best practices for both investment and portfolio management as well as an in-depth experience managing investments for federal clients specifically governance, portfolio structure and methodologyFamiliar with the Technology Business Management (TBM) taxonomy and Capital Planning Investment Management (CPIC) process. Leverage data analysis of financial reports and systems to understand and validate IT investment amounts, the parent vs. child investment relationships, and make recommendations for possible realignment of the "to be" investment portfolioSupport the Information Technology Strategic Plan (ITSP), which promotes the use of IT to enable the mission and business areas of the organization to perform at their highest potentialSupport the ITSP agile and stakeholder responsive process to provide analysis that identifies potential cost savings, avoidance, and efficiencies throughout the client's IT Investment PortfolioAbility to support the alignment of the (1) FBI Strategy, (2) IT Strategy, and the (3) Portfolio Management Strategy - aligning IT priorities to the enterprise strategy.
