Can you complement our team? Train, guide, and mentor Porcelanosa business partners through product knowledge, fabrication, and installation Develop and maintain business relationships with a network of Kitchen & Bath dealers including fabricators, installers, and key business influencers in the assigned region Engage with the local Distribution Center on business partner needs, resolving concerns, utilizing market performance and trends Review and manage customer claims driving resolution and providing recommended solutions Represent Porcelanosa in business events including industry associations and other various business activities Review business metrics and market trends within CRM tools and provide recommendations for improvements in the region Perform ad hoc projects as needed Are you ready for a challenge eager for growth? This role requires you to periodically schedule and visit up to 20 clients and prospective business partners on a weekly basis Must be articulate, passionate and compelling presenter Have the ability to build trust-based relationships with kitchen and bath community while penetrating new markets Must be highly motivated, energetic and driven to succeed in sales Experience in kitchen and bath industry a plus Enjoy the rewards Competitive base salary Commission program Vehicle allowance, cell phone, and laptop Benefits: Medical Dental Vision 401(k) PTO PORCELANOSA Equal Opportunity Employer IND123
