Marketing Data Analyst - Remote Opportunity

You have a keen understanding of the data that makes market research, marketing, sales, and account management tick. And you're looking to join a small-but-growing team where you're the resident data expert, helping to define for yourself and others what data makes sense to surface, how it should be gathered, and how best to display information to drive action. You will: Own performance analysis and reporting across multiple marketing teams and stages of the customer journey, including campaign performance, demand generation, pipeline impact, content performance, customer retention, and customer engagement. Track allocation of budget to specific marketing programs; measure target and actual ROI/cost per unit of performance Consult and coordinate with all members of the marketing team to ensure adherence to and continuous improvement toward marketing performance measures and decision making rooted in maximizing revenue/EBIT impact and return on investment Own the development, management and improvement of market sizing, segment definition, target definition/analysis, marketing attribution model, lead/account scoring, and data acquisition for all marketing programs in Global Ecommerce Own the consolidation of market, account, opportunity and contact data from various internal and external data sources Be responsible for analyzing and managing insights data, in partnership with central data analytics/engineering teams, across the proprietary and innovative BOXtools platform Help develop and implement market research, client-facing, and internal surveys and coordinate the data capture, archival and analysis processes Partner with the Marketing Process Automation Analyst to integrate data between existing systems (Salesforce.com, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Wordpress, Snowflake, SnapLogic, custom/in-house applications, etc.) Act as the primary liaison with the Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Market Research teams You have : 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing/sales data analytics and/or market research data management Ability to work independently with little or no direction; strong decision-making skills and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Strongly preferred: previous experience working with enterprise marketing & sales CRM/ESP systems -especially Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders Ability to run with several projects at once, with minimal oversight We will: Provide the opportunity to grow and develop your career Offer an inclusive environment that encourages diverse perspectives and ideas Deliver challenging and unique opportunities to contribute to the success of a transforming organization Offer comprehensive benefits globally ( pbprojectliving.com) Pitney Bowes is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer that values diversity and inclusiveness in the workplace.
