Direct Title Solutions has 15 year of experience in Real Estate Settlement in both commercial and residential. We are looking to add a Title Services Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will prove to have full knowledge of the closing process. They are someone who has been marketing and closing real estate transactions for the Title industry. Present paperwork to buyer/seller and ensure that all paperwork is signed correctly Facilitate the resolution of any issues that come up at closing This position sells and markets closing services through attendance at real estate office sales meetings Pick up sales agreements and answer agent questions Attend real estate office functions Prepare and deliver of presentations and training classes Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills Legal / Real Estate settlement backgrounds a plus Having expertise in market expansion a plus Minimum Requirements A High School Diploma or equivalent is required 2-3 years of sales experience is preferred Title Producers license will be required
