We are a top-notch real estate transaction management company looking for a part-time administrative assistant who either knows the residential real estate industry or is eager to learn. Keyword: EAGER! We are a small business in a fast-paced environment growing very quickly! We are looking for someone to assist the owner in her daily activities. This person should be a tech-savvy, detail-oriented person who is positive, motivated, and willing to do what is asked of them to assist in moving forward many, many moving parts. If this is you, apply now!Compensation:$17 - $20 hourlyResponsibilities:Contract to CloseNew file set-up for pending transactionsCreate transaction in transaction management software program (add contacts, deadlines, task lists, and templates) with accuracyCheck property statuses in the MLS and commissionsAssist in obtaining buyer agreements and listing agreements for new contractsCoordinate agent and buyer's schedule to book home inspectionsOrder termite inspections and home warranties and send them to the title companyHOA Documents - help seller with ordering (find out management company and how to order resale package and relay this info to seller)Assist in managing transaction deadlines of pending transactionsAssist in managing contract paperwork (addendum, extensions, contracts, etc)Assist in gathering information for MLS Input, Listing Agreements, and Contract/OffersMLS Input: assist in data entry and uploading picturesMarketing AssistanceSocial media postsQuarterly newsletterPop Bys and Office PresentationsCreating marketing campaigns for past and future clientsExecutive Administrative TasksAssist business owner in managing calendar, organizing meetings, accepting phone calls, taking messagesMiscellaneous tasks and projects allowing the business owners to focus on decision-making and higher-level responsibilitiesServe as a link between the owner and the rest of the staff and contribute to better organization and planningQualifications:Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documentsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior experience in the real estate industry or as an office managerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTech-savvy with Google Suite experience and ability to pick up quickly on new software programsDriver's License and clean driving record requiredThis position is NOT remote and the candidate will report to our Timonium, MD officeAbout CompanyKey Transaction Management was established in December 2015, and we work alongside our partners to also offer a la carte real estate admin services including transaction management, listing agreement and contract writing, and MLS Input.
