Primary technical POC with customers during application development and production support Works directly with the customer to understand their business requirements. Acts as BA for requirements gathering and reviews with customer Acts as BA for requirements gathering and reviews with customer Reviews requirements (app/infrastructure) with Solutions Architect Creates user stories and maintains Azure DevOps Translating business requirements into detailed user stories, and assigning to Sprints and developers Provides Dynamics guidance and mentors all developers/test staff Works with Ops to create Dynamics dev, QC, UAT, and Prod environments along with SharePoint libraries when needed Creates/maintains data dictionaries Addresses role security design and development throughout development, testing, and deployment processes Creates ASSD (software design docs) and security documentation for new app development Provides oversight for all user documentation and QRG (quick ref guides) Oversees all UAT-related activities and customer feedback System admin access/responsibilities for all Dynamics applications (OCHAO, Pro Bono, JCS, OGC Fraud, R&A (in development) Provides internal/external demos Helps trouble-shoot production issues for all Dynamics apps Works directly with other engineers on portal development Reviews Strategic Demands and estimates LOEs for new application development Contributes to Azure Application Insight team Power BI report creation experience In accordance with Executive Order 14042, a candidate for this role must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by December 8, 2021 or their start date, whichever is later, subject to the provisions and exceptions of EO 14042 and applicable law.
