Their small, specialized team is charged with taking commercial innovation high-side, in areas including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Neural Networks, Computer Vision, Image Processing, Video Processing, Audio Modeling, and AWS infrastructure. This effort supports ALL missions of the Intelligence Community and expands the horizons of technical capabilities for Intelligence Analysts, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, and Software Engineers. The team is a seamless mix of 80% contractors and 20% government experts that have a mutual focus on innovation and on supplying missions with the hardware, software, algorithms, data sets, and tools they need to succeed. The tech stack is extremely broad - anything cutting edge in the commercial market or coming out of academia is probably being looked at and worked on here. Management is supportive, highly values the team, and remains relatively hands-off, allowing the team to be creative. It also markets good ideas from the team to the broader set of Intel Community agencies, resulting in additional demand and usage of what the team produces (as well as additional funding to grow). This team is actively growing and typically has opportunities for Data Scientists who like to get their hands dirty with data, Computer Vision experts, and AWS infrastructure and DevOps experts who understand data migration.
