We looking to hire a Cable Installation Technician. This is a Full -Time contractor job position based on 1099 contract terms and a flexible schedule available. The candidate will be involved with equipment installation (modems, cable boxes), Fibre optics, Installation of various types of cables in cable ducts, troubleshooting etc.RequirementsMust be at over 18yearsCurrent valid driver's license.Social Security NumberA valid driver's license.Speaking EnglishSuccessfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkPhysical requirementsCandidates need to be able to bend, reach, twist, climb, squat and kneel without restrictions.Able to use a safety harness, climb utility poles (25') and utilize up to 28' extension ladders while wearing tool belts.Safely walk over all types of terrain carrying tools, ladders (60-75 lbs) and equipment.Work in all weather conditions including inclement weather and in extreme heat/ cold environments.Work in confined or restrictive areas such as crawl spaces and attics that may be poorly ventilated.Comfortable with traveling, sitting or standing for extended periods of time.License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $1,200.00 - $1,600.00 per weekSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Cabling: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:Driver's License (Required)social security number (Required)Work Location: One location
