You will support the broader Engineering team in executing multiple projects as part of a new Security program. You will partner with Information Security, IT, and other Engineering teams to deliver projects on-time, resulting in reduced cyber-security risk of internal network and server platforms. You will help to facilitate cross-functional teams to execute on defined deliverables and drives key decisions impacting the success of the new Security program.You will also support various capabilities as needed. This includes creating, measuring, and communicating the effectiveness and compliance of new processes and procedures. Also, delivering reports, statistics, and recommendations for improvement across the Engineering organization. Additionally, you will perform research and validation of inventory to resolve data integrity issues and execute a cleanup and maintenance strategy.Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:Perform technical requirements sessionsDefine business processes and align to technical solutions or toolsDevelop 'security health measurements and communicate health relative to standard KPIsDevelop technical documentation, processes, installation procedures and service guides, and may assist in the development of end-to-end documentation for various projects and supported products/applications.Understand taxonomy of Knowledge Management and related systems.Maintain, review and/or analyze data files, tables, and reports for inconsistenciesCompile or import data from various databases into specialized software, databases, or tools to generate reports to support various departmentsWrite reports, create charts, presentations, and timelines in support of department or business operations.Provide recommendations for operational efficiencies and process improvements and assist in policy development to support change initiativesMay write code to automate reports and templates and consolidate data into reports and knowledge.Support capability development within the delivery organization; including reviews, gap assessments and work to source and deliver strategies.Provide and conduct trend analysis to support business operations; may include network capacity planningProvide general guidance/direction or train junior level support and professional personnelQualifications:Minimum:Where permitted by applicable law, must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to be considered for this US based job.
