Oversee general LAN/MAN/WAN administration, provides technical leadership in the integration and test of complex large-scale computer integrated networks. Schedule conversions and cutovers. As well as, interpret, refine, and develop supplemental policy and guidance to implement information management directives in support of the Soldier.
