The ideal candidate shall provide technical assistance to computer users.This position is contingent upon contract award.Responsibilities for the Computer Support Specialist include:Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or electronically.Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word-processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:BS or BA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, Management or Relevant Technical Discipline.Associates degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, Management or Relevant Technical Discipline plus two (2) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the Experience Requirements below may be substituted for a Bachelors degree.At least five (5) years of experience performing duties similar to at least two (2) duties found in the Computer Support Specialist description.Shall have or be able to obtain a Secret or up to a Top Secret Security Clearance. On certain Task Orders Secret Clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) will be required for Special Access Programs (SAP).
