Security Clearance Required: Secret or Eligible for a Secret Clearance Primary Responsibilities: The candidate will provide subject matter expertise for a MBSE and software team for Army S&T architecture projects. Develop strategies for implementing innovative software and/or Model Based Systems Engineering approaches within the Future Vertical Lift Family of Systems. Advise government on implementation of software strategies or modeling languages such as Unified Modeling Language (UML), Systems Modeling Language (SysML), Integration DEFinition (IDEF), Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), Architecture Analysis & Design Language (AADL) and FACE Data Architecture modeling language. Create metrics and measures to assess progress and value of innovative architecture approaches. Conduct market research and analysis of state-of-the-art and emerging trends. Support model based systems engineering to document requirements in model based format using industry standard tools (MagicDraw / CAMEO, Enterprise Architect, etc.). Provide expertise in tools. Participate in working groups and collaborative organizations to promote and advance architecture principles. Required Education: Master's Degree (required) or Doctorate (preferred) in engineering or technical field.
