The public US Citizens, Nationals or those who owe allegiance to the US Clarification from the agency US Citizens Help Duties Performs supervisory duties, which includes determining training needs for subordinates; establishing performance standards and evaluating performance; verifying and approving timesheets; and will hear and resolve employee grievances and initiate disciplinary action, when necessary. The incumbent serves as a technical security expert and is expected to exercise a great deal of judgment and initiative to determine the appropriate approach to solve complex and potentially controversial problems. The incumbent exercises delegated authority to oversee the overall security planning, direction, and timely execution of a large or multiple medium program segments. Lead and participate in cross functional working groups and Integrated Product Team's that identify, manage, and applies performance measures to organization wide business systems, deficiencies, and processes within the Program Office or acquisition community. Liaison with other agencies for the development, implementation, and training of security requirements and programmatic execution. Help Requirements Conditions of Employment Must be a US Citizen. Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the 13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Expert knowledge of and experience providing leadership and direction in the areas of information security, industrial security, physical security, personnel security, operations security and security administration of programs.
