Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector (NGDS) is seeking a Property Management Analyst or Principal Property Management Analyst to join our growing team of diverse professionals either on-site in McLean, Virginia or virtually as a full-time teleworker.Responsibilities:Oversees, manages, and analyzes activities associated with the property management business system to ensure company, customer, and US Government property located on site and at subcontractors are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and maintain business system approvalSupports the sector Property Administration Office (PAO) to manage and provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle requirementsMaintains listing of contracts, subcontracts, and internal work orders (IWOs) with propertyInitiates property closeout and ensures certifications are issuedSupports internal property self-assessments and analyze resultsSupports physical inventories and subcontractor and IWO surveillanceOversees material management requirements in SAPDevelops, recommends, and implements property management policyPrepares periodic and special purpose reports relative to matters such as property, compliance, taxes, losses, etc.This position may be filled as a Property Management Analyst or as a Principal Property Management Analyst per the requirements for each level below:Basic Qualifications for Property Management Analyst:Must have one of the following:High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 7 years of property, asset, and/or business management experienceBachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of property, asset, and/or business management experienceMaster's degree with a minimum of 1 year of property, asset, and/or business management experienceStrong understanding of FAR and DFARS regulationsKnowledge with Material Requirements Planning (MRP)Knowledge of industry property practicesKnowledge of Government practices and systemsAbility to perform fairly complex professional tasksAbility to work independently with a high level of accuracyProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteMust be able to travel as needed (up to 25% of the time)Basic Qualifications for Principal Property Management Analyst:Must have one of the following:High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years of property, asset, and/or business management experienceBachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of property, asset, and/or business management experienceMaster's degree with a minimum of 4 years of property, asset, and/or business management experienceStrong understanding of FAR and DFARS regulationsKnowledge with Material Requirements Planning (MRP)Knowledge of industry property practicesKnowledge of Government practices and systemsAbility to perform fairly complex professional tasksWork independently with a high level of accuracyMicrosoft Office SuiteMust be able to travel as needed (up to 25% of the time)Preferred Qualifications:NPMA CPPA CertificationExperience with SAPExperience with AssetSmartExperience with eTools, GFP Module, PCARSSThe ability to work on-site in McLean, VirginiaSalary Range: 55800 - 92000Salary Range 2: 69100 - 114000Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
