Pay is sales driven with monthly sales bonuses. *Only apply if you are driven by striking up conversation, converting clients to our membership program, being assertive and selling wellness*The most important responsibility of our Wellness Membership Advisor (WMA) is selling massage services and memberships to our Wellness Program. The WMA will also focus on booking appointments/scheduling, maintaining our clean, inviting studio, and answering the phone professionally and politely to ensure a flawless guest experience. If you don't love people, aren't comfortable with sales or motivated to reach goals, then this is not the position for you. We need habitual to-do list killers who want to be part of a high performance team.Flexibility with scheduling is a plus. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
