Reporting to the VP/MD HR Operations, the Director, HR Operations is responsible for supporting critical processes, activities, and initiatives across multiple HR functions. This role will work closely with the HR Leadership team and enterprise stakeholders to collaborate and execute on objectives. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated skills shaping processes, adding value and creating leverage by working closely with the HR leadership. The candidate will have strong organizational skills, solid critical thinking skills and proven ability drive collaboration and to exercise influence.Responsibilities:Support HR leadership team with key priorities and deadlines, ensuring they are briefed on key issues and deliverables from planning and designing through to execution and implementationDrive and facilitate collaboration and decision making by the HR leadership team moving seamlessly from strategic thinking to managing tactical issuesDrive HR project management to deliver against the core HR processes as required, ensuring key team members and leaders are kept informed and key activities are delivered within deadlinesAssist with the production and analysis of data and metrics in order to enable effective decision making and HR process supportLead on HR and HR related expenses including financial Plan tracking and oversight, contract review and negotiation, invoice review and processing and headcount tracking and planningDrive HR cross function collaboration through regular communication and updates on shared projects and interaction including consolidated reporting and updates to CHRO and HR leadershipLiaison with HR leadership and internal communications to ensure HR communications and change management are clear and effectiveIdentify and implement process improvement initiatives and define standards for new processes across HR functionsResponsible for oversight and management of HR compliance function including supporting HR audits, documentation and testing of key controls, and ensuring internal policies and processes support compliance requirementsSkills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in business administration or human resources, or equivalent experience10+ years of relevant experience with a minimum 5 years supervisory experienceProven ability to develop policies, processes and proceduresExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong project and process management skills across multi-disciplined areaAttention to detailAbility to build strong positive relationships and give clear direction where requiredAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Highly competent in PowerPoint and Excel with ability to manipulate large volumes of data, manage data integrity issues and produce high quality visual tools#LI-JG1
