Fiducial is seeking a Bookkeeper/Business Associate for its Manassas, VA office. The role will consist of recording clients accounting transactions in order for the client to make sound business decisions. The Business Associate will be an accountant experienced in write-up and financial statement preparation. Prior client relationship experience and substantial computer/technical experience is required. The Business Associate will be responsible for working with both clients and other team members to provide monthly & annual bookkeeping, accounting, tax, and consulting services to a variety of clients.Job Requirements:Desired Skills/ Experience/Attributes Accounting professional with 3+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated experience interacting with clients to understand their needs and requirements. Strong knowledge in US GAAP accounting with financial statement preparation. Comfortable with computers and general technology. Proven track record of solving practical problems. Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Excel). The ideal candidate for this position: Is willing to learn and follow processes, including performing production tasks regularly. Has a history of building strong and consistent relationships with clients and colleagues with a great sense of customer service. Has strong verbal and written communication skills. Has exceptional organizational and time management skills and is sensitive to practice management. Is a strong individual contributor. Possesses a high level of integrity and respects quality assurance requirements. Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Completion of some Accounting courses preferred
