Proof of vaccination is required. Role description: Arcadis is looking for a Technology Team Director - Enabling Functions Platform based in North America, UK, Europe, Or India. As a Technology Team Director - Enabling Functions Platform, you will bring in certain key capabilities that would allow the organization to operate optimally across the globe. Role accountabilities: You lead the strategy, design, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all technology platforms and applications used by the Enabling Functions of Arcadis to run the company and manage the business. You formulate technology plans, estimate costs, and ensure solutions will meet strategic needs. You are accountable for the implementation and delivery of business applications - including technologies and services - to deliver robust, secure, scalable and supportable technology solutions that achieve business requirements. You improve Arcadis operational processes and supports critical business strategies by directing the development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications. You lead the delivery of high-quality Technology business application support services, providing optimal levels of support for Arcadis' key operational requirements. You own the 3rd party contracts and application financials, including charging models to be used by Technology organization controls. You lead and direct a global 24/7 business application support team with planned and unplanned outages and escalations. You lead and direct a global team of professionals with divers cultural backgrounds. You maintain an open and productive dialog with ecosystem partner, such as Oracle and Evosys. A deep knowledge of business applications technology, including SaaS and installable solutions. Experience in delivery of transformational programs and development of technology strategy. Experience managing multi-million Euro ELAs and software contracts. Qualifications & Experience: Required Basic Qualifications: Academic degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field. 10+ years of experience in related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in the AEC industry. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a 401K plan, STD and LTD, and Life Insurance as well as some additional optional benefits. Full time positions also come with annual PTO days and at certain levels a bonus program may apply. The Salary range for this role is $118,000 - $189,000 for Colorado based positions only.
