Our customer base is typically blue-chip, tier one and global organisations, including: financial services, oil and gas, travel and transport, government and insurance.The North America government team is located in the Washington, DC area. Quantexa has offices in New York, Boston and Toronto, among other locations.RequirementsAs a Government Solutions Owner, you will serve as a subject matter expert on Federal Civilian - Tax projects and will undertake business development activities through your existing network. Experience working with Federal Tax agencies is a must.Solution owners & SMEs have a number of interface points across the business and at multiple stages in the product and customer life cycle. You will support a multidisciplinary team in the following ways:Strategic And Product OrientedWork with other SME's in the market to understand high value customer needs, you will develop our solutions/ propositions to meet these needs Perform addressable market sizing and segmentation to support Regional Sales Leads with their go to market planning Ensure your solutions/ propositions "move the needle" and provide significant business cases Ensure these propositions are meaningful, articulated and aligned for each agency Provide business case templates to support customers buying cycle Define specific product roadmap features required to enhance offerings Support the business to meeting the overall ARR targets by maximising the ARR for the specific solution under control Define, oversight of building and presenting standard solution demonstrations Own the solution IP catalogue Business DevelopmentDrive relationships with customer groups, industry associations, and other groups that are important within the government healthcare market Guide sales towards the agencies and programs that most need Quantexa capabilities Facilitate meetings with government and industry stakeholders Identify and interacting with Market Analysts (Gartner, for example) to position Quantexa as a strong provider for the Government domain SalesWork as a partner with the sales team to drive activity and generate ARR Support sales in developing the account strategies around the given proposition Train our sales teams to be able to effectively and efficiently sell the solutions to our target sector Present the solution and engaging with prosects and customers to support sales and presales Track overall progress and penetration of the proposition by industry and market share Raise issues where penetration of focus is not being achieved Customer Success And Solution EngineeringWork with Solution Engineer to help them catalogue competitive landscape and Quantexa USP's Run client workshops, including understanding their requirements and how success should be defined and measured, working closely with solution engineers Work with solution engineering during PoC's to ensure that we do not lose sight of the outcomes, we are able to pivot when issues are encountered and convince the customer as well as taking away any interesting war stories Being involved in the customer satisfaction sessions and de-briefs to ensure learning is captured back into the proposition thinking and positioning AlliancesWork with data providers to source relevant third-party data Train our partners to be able to effectively and efficiently sell the solutions to our target sector Identify how a solution will deliver benefit for the partners Determine how to work with partners of "powered-by Quantexa" type offerings Support partners on pitches (+ what is provided to our own sales, presales and delivery) In addition to in-depth knowledge of the sector, you should haveYou must have experience working with the IRS or Large State Tax Agencies Experience working with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), or other tax agencies is a plus You must have a network of contacts within this spaceExperience of working in a software company is highly desirableExperience in solution development and/or product management is desirableAn understanding of technologyExceptional teamworking and influencing skillsUnderstanding of training and how to make it effectiveEffective interpersonal skills and professional presentationVery organised and comfortable multi-tasking and prioritisingSkills in managing others and a programme of workWillingness for hands-on contribution, both in terms of content preparation and trainingEnergetic, takes the initiative and make things happenDrive and enthusiasm to reach and exceed targetsBenefitsWe know that just having an excellent glass door rating isn't enough, so we've put together a competitive package as a way of saying thank you for all your hard work and dedication.We OfferCompetitive SalaryCompany BonusPrivate healthcare contribution401k 5% matchedCompetitive annual leave
