Job Responsibilities: Work closely with Sales Management on identifying opportunities of non-traditional sales, such as Integrated Delivery Systems, Hospital Outreach, Hospital Laboratory Management and Hospital Co-marketing.Develop and execute cross functional and cross segment strategies which are in line with overall company objectives to grow the physician/managed care segments that are aligned with overall business objectives.Develop and manage relationships with targeted accounts and their business leaders, including CEO's of large healthcare systems, to drive successful closure and ensure future utilization.Monitors and ensures customer satisfaction with ongoing service provided; develops proposals to enhance business relationships.Develop implementation plans for securing and managing account contracts by coordinating the efforts of key players in the sales and operations organizations.Ensures compliance with all company policy and government regulations. Job Requirements: Education:BA/BS in Business Marketing or related field Work Experience:At least five to seven years experience in either direct sales or business development in a healthcare environment to management levels Special Requirements:Proven ability to develop relationships with executive level personnel resulting in successful closure of the sale.Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all employeesStrong planning and organizational skillsProven selling and negotiation skillsExcellent oral and written communication and presentation skillsStrong service acumen
