Job Description A professional staffing company has immediate needs for OR Registered Nurses to work an assignment at the National Institutes of Health, Clinical Center. Assessing patients prior to surgery and alleviating their concerns Gathering all supplies needed for the operation Assuming responsibility of keeping the operating room sterilized Gather all supplies needed for the operation Position and prepare patient on operating table Evaluate patient in postoperative phases Assume duties within or out of the sterile field as assigned Performs other position-related duties as assigned, depending on assignment setting Job Requirements MUST have an active, current license as an RN Current American Heart Association (CPR) Requires 2-3 years of recent acute care hospital Operating Room experience in a hospital, Scrub and Circulate Schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm with Intermittent On-call (6-8 times a month) on evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed Company Description Staffing Etc. is a certified Woman-Owned, Small Business that provides a wide variety of Health Care Providers (HCPs) professionals and administrative staff to Medical facilities in 20 different states.
