We are looking for an exceptional VP of Operations to join Company's Office of the President. This VP is an execution-oriented leader who will work collaboratively across all Company teams and levels to develop and drive impactful operational initiatives in Company's high-growth environment. You will work closely with other senior leaders to identify, prioritize and execute high-leverage opportunities to drive operational excellence across the business. This is a newly created role reporting directly to Company's President.As the VP of Operations, you will lead a team responsible for: * Advising the Company's president and other executive leaders on strategies and initiatives to continuously improve the Company's operations. * Leading execution of high-priority, high-impact operational initiatives that are priorities of the office of the president. * Drive progress on company Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). * Establish, monitor and enhance an operating system to help drive cross functional execution against company Objectives and Key Results * Surface and resolve cross-functional barriers to successful OKR completion. * Own or support ad-hoc strategic projects, requests and/or analysis, as needed * Providing decision-support based on rigorous analyses of relevant data. * Analyze the near and long term ROI across Company's business to support recommendations on critical strategic and operational decisions * Perform analyses and research to evaluate cost/benefits of key initiatives and identify risks/opportunities that are key to effectively scaling the company * Partnering with teams to help them execute on important strategic initiatives or drive operational efficiency and process improvement * Identify and execute on opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or improve processes and approaches to the business * Synthesize feedback from functional teams, customers, users, and other stakeholders to identify process gaps and optimization opportunities * Manage cross-functional workstreams and initiatives projects, while always driving to clarify roles, responsibilities, and best practices for long term effectivenessWhat We Value: * 15+ years of progressive work experience, including 5+ years in healthcare and track record of driving operations to advance key company initiatives * Master's degree in Business Administration strongly preferred * You're equal part strategist and leader who can ensure we are not only able to build successful strategies, but also able to deliver them in a predictable way * You're resilient, and can be flexible with changing business needs and priorities * You're great at building relationships and trust within the organization. * You're a great simplifier and can reduce complexity to ensure rapid decision-making. * You are process-oriented and knowledgeable about relevant best practices, and are equally comfortable diving into existing processes or creating new ones. * You have a demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate, and facilitate new ideas into action in a fast paced environment, while collaborating across multiple, dynamic, projects and teams. * You are willing to travel as needed to Company's headquarters or markets (estimated <10% overall).
