How you'll make a difference:Our Inbound Sales Development & Retention Specialist (internally referred to as our Sales Elevation Team (SET) Representatives) live and breathe for our customers, team members, AND the success of the business. As an expert in our product offering, services, identifying customer needs, and navigating uncharted waters, you'll be on the front lines of meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations through innovative ways and unique channels. By caring about each customer's individual goals, a successful SET Representative is able to partner with the customer to create a custom experience they'll love, and position Custom Ink as their custom apparel go-to for life.What you'll do:As a SET Representative, you'll be on the front lines of winning and satisfying customers to help strengthen our market position and brand identity. In this sales role, you'll be charged with inspiring customer confidence by:Helping our high-value customers find the best fit for their communityConverting leads into sales through email and phone channelsOffering meaningful guidance on order design, product selection, our services, and printing while partnering with Design Elevation ArtistsEngaging customers with extraordinary sales support and cultivating the relationshipContacting previous customers and inviting them back with an elevated experienceCommunicating the long-term value of Custom InkRemaining calm under pressureAddressing order obstacles to secure repeat businessWorking closely with other internal teamsHow you'll be measured:You'll be responsible for being the voice of Custom Ink to potential and existing customers. Accordingly, the key measures of success for this role are:Total Sales VolumeCustomer-measured experience (tNPS)Order AccuracyOutbound leads convertedInbound leads convertedCRM utilizationBalancing effectiveness and efficiency to maintain adapting productivity expectationsWhat we're looking for consultative Salespeople who:Bring 1-2+ years of sales and/or customer relationship management experienceShow balanced care for customers, team members, and the health of the businessHave a willingness to innovate and evolve strategic approachAdapt their workflow based on the needs of the business and our customersThink innovatively to WOW the customer and expand the business by identifying new areas for sales growthAre comfortable with outbound customer engagementDisplay a strong sense of ownershipHave experience with Salesforce or similar CRM (preferred)Our foundational training program is designed to get team members up to speed on our purpose and objectives.
