As our Benefits & Compensation Analyst you will work independently on benefits administration and compensation projects, analyze and effectively communicate emerging market trends, and assist as needed with day-to-day and cyclical benefits and compensation activities to ensure our offering is competitive, affordable, and working for our team. Additionally, the Analyst will act as a liaison to team members (we call ourselves "Inkers"A' ) and leaders displaying demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service while delivering guidance on benefits, 401(k), and other ancillary benefits. You will play a key role in matters related to benefits and ERISA compliance, plan design, and governmental reporting. To be successful you must enjoy working in a high-performing, dynamic environment, be committed to delivering a high touch level of service and care to those you work with and support, and bring curiosity and an innovative mindset to the function.What you'll do:This role will play an important role in ensuring our Benefits & Compensation programs are modern, innovative, and working for our team and the business. Therefore, primary duties will include but are not limited to:Assisting with the review and analysis of benefit programs and salary structures to ensure compliance, utilization, cost effectiveness, and competitive edgeSupporting annual, quarterly, and ad hoc salary and benefits processes and programs - ensuring systems and process are accurate and efficientDrafting compensation and benefits policies and guidelines while ensuring that all confidential information is stored securelyConduct periodic audits on specific legislative factors relating to (but not exclusively) minimum wage, statutory benefits, government-mandated provisions, tax-effective pay arrangements, and perquisites.Collaborate with Diversity & Inclusion leadership to provide data and analyses on established D&I metrics to support and ensure equitable practices across our businessCollaborate with Team Development (HR) colleagues to introduce, implement and support structural changes to benefits and provide market information on benchmark compensation dataSupport the design and generation of various reports related to compensation and benefitsPerforms other duties related to all compensation and benefits projects as assignedHow you'll be measured:Compensation programs and Benefits offerings are a significant line item for any business. As such, key measures of success for this role will include:Team member satisfaction with our Compensation and Benefits offering as measured via our quarterly Team SurveyAttractiveness of our offering to top external talentRetention rates of talent across our various business unitsTimely completion against stated deadlines of projects, reports, and analyses across a wide range of projects and requestsContribution of innovative and creative ideas, solutions, and improvements supported by real data and external researchWhat we're looking for:This is an exciting opportunity to support a fast-growing and innovative company as it evolves to offer ever greater experiences for it's high-performing team. With that, we've set our expectations high:Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field with 3-5+ years experience in benefits and/or compensation role(s) preferredStrong knowledge of legal and compliance matters related to compensation and benefits offerings and requirements as they apply to base compensation, incentive compensation, and equity programs ( ie FMLA, Leave, ADA)Heavily seasoned "power-user"A' regarding Excel (lookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.) preferredExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written, verbal, interpersonal, and graphic (slides/presentations) communication skillsAbility to apply logic, problem solve, and deliver results on complex data analysisDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks requiring strong attention to detail.Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict data privacy standardsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamWorkday HCM and Advanced Compensation software experience a plusCertifications (CCP, SHRM-CP, CEBS), or progress towards certifications a plusPlease submit a letter of interest with your application.CustomInk, LLC (""Custom Ink"") is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
