Every day, our 22,000 employees do the cant be done, solving the most daunting challenges facing our customers.ResponsibilitiesSupport all aspects of the evolution of the Intelligence Community Enterprise Architecture, to include technical assessments and technical requirements analysis, as well as future capability needs (near and long-term) to drive the design and integration of the IT Enterprise.Assist with developing, integrating, and maintaining the Intelligence Community Enterprise.Support the promotion of sharing and reusing IT applications and solutions.Support strategic design guidance of a collaborative sharing services programCoordinate boards and other technical working groups.Support all aspects of the current and planned future state of the Core user capabilities: Analytics, Collaboration, Enabling Services, and Search and Discovery.Assist with engaging with mission users and translating their requirements into detailed technical solutions.QualificationsBachelor's Degree (Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or Information Technology desired)At least 10, prefereably 15 years experience working with largescale transformation programs in government or industry, especially with respect to the federal government and the IC in particularUnderstanding of information technology functions and services supporting the IC and the missions of its respective agenciesFamiliarization/experience with enterprise computing and enterprise class commercial technologiesDeep functional understanding and hands-on implementation experience with large scale enterprise solutions, including specific expertise in at least one of the following areas: E2E business processes of B2R, H2R, A2R, and P2P or common enterprise IT solutions: Cloud, IdAM, Desktop deployments, networks and Enterprise searchDemonstrated ability to identify, assess and devise strategies to resolve issues, obstacles and conflicts to executing enterprise scale systems and solutionsExpert knowledge of and skill in applying program management techniques, developing new methods, procedures and approaches to resolving complex issues; ability to present clear and convincing information to enable timely decision making; ability to handle complex relationships with government personnel and support staffs; ability to organize and facilitate working groups tasked to conduct critical problem analysis and resolution; and ability to direct and guide subordinatesWorking knowledge of the technological components and services required for solution implementationsDemonstrated leadership experience in implementing enterprise technology, especially in collaborative environments, to resolve complex technical issuesExperience in supporting and coordinating across senior-level organizationsAbility to represent senior management in key meetings, processes, and other assignments, to include briefing responsibilities to groups of any sizeSuperior oral and written communications skillsExperience collaborating with diverse IC stakeholders to drive consensus and forward progressPosition requires active TS/SCI with Poly level clearance#LI-CH1
