Digital marketing manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing on paid social campaigns to generate engagement and conversions. This position will report to the Digital Marketing Director and act as the go-to person for everything paid social. Should be an expert in your field and keen to create and execute on marketing plans with the wider global digital marketing team. Responsibilities Execute on paid social campaigns to drive membership conversions through social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook & Nextdoor) Devise paid social go-to-market / GTM plan Day-to-day platform, budget management, campaign optimization execution Work with in-house and external creative resources, developing best of breed creative assets for paid social execution Own paid social budgeting, forecasting Project managing all activity and processes required to proficiently run, create, and optimize paid social campaigns Stay up to date with all paid social updates and identify how they influence campaign performance Client DescriptionOur client is one of the largest non-profits in the US, with a very user-centric vision and a strong social mission. Our client prides itself on considering the input of all involved in projects Work with fellow freelancers who know that they're working on projects designed for the betterment of communities Work on national campaigns that are targeted by community Work with others who are interested in outreach and volunteerism Our client has made customer engagement a priority and is interested in all candidates who are passionate about it as well.Required QualificationsBasic Qualifications: 3 + years experience in paid social in either agency or in-house settings In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running paid social campaigns Strong expertise and background in digital analytics and/or audience data management platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.), as well as how to use these tools in paid media campaigns A self-starter who is highly motivated and passionate about paid social Familiarity with ad serving, tracking, and attribution technologies Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong communication skills Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition Ability to work with high-performing teammates, as well as partners across the enterprise PDN-94b8a079-e801-44c1-a06c-e48b9feeb9b4
