Overview:Director, Human Resources primary function is to coordinate HR policies and procedures ensuring that the organization is in full compliance with the current laws and regulations aligned to meet the organization's goals and mission. This position guides and manages the functions of communication, employee relations, compliance, development, implementation, legal reporting, HR records management, position classification, salary/compensation and the performance management processLocation: Fairview Park, Falls Church HQSchedule: Full Time, Monday - FridayCOVID-19 vaccine required to be completed upon start.Responsibilities:The Human Resources (HR) Director oversees the recruitment, selection and hiring process, general HR orientation of employees, fair employment practices, HR policies and procedures maintenance. The HR Director and HR team provide support services to managers and staff in all seven Capital Caring Health area locations.Qualifications:Experience RequirementsMust have 5 years or more of progressive human resources experience 3 years of which must be in management experience. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.Education RequirementsMust have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is desired.Required Certificates and/or LicensesMust have an HR industry-recognized certification. An HRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP,) SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.Drivers LicenseMust have a driver's license in good standing and access to a vehicle during working hours.
