Let us be the best place you'll ever work.The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is primarily accountable for meeting the staffing requirements of Safelite's high volume business operations. This role will build, engage and lead a team of high performing recruiters and coordinators to achieve high volume, full life cycle staffing targets for assigned regions, while working to implement process improvements and lead special projects as needed.What You'll GetCompetitive weekly pay and bonus opportunities.A benefits package valued at more than $10k*. This includes a 401(k) plan with company matching, medical coverage plans customized to suit your needs and a commitment to work/life balance through our paid time off (PTO) programs, company holidays and paid volunteer days.Up to $5,250 annually in tuition reimbursement.Paid training and all the tools and resources you'll need to be successful.View all our health, wealth and life offerings at .What You'll DoAct as a role model for Safelite's core values, culture and desired behaviors - including a culture of accountability.Coach and drive recruiting behaviors and KPIs, including sourcing effectiveness, candidate pipelines, time to fill, placement quality, hiring manager satisfaction, and more.Provide ongoing feedback to improve team performance, assist with prioritization and generate ideas for continuous improvement.Analyze and assess productivity and performance trends of job boards and sourcing methods to identify opportunities for improvement and adapt strategies, as appropriate.Develop strong relationships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to drive positive candidate experience and recruitment delivery.Adapt service delivery structure to meet changing business needs.Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, internal/external SLAs, and legal requirements.Lead high impact recruiting projects with an eye for process improvement.Influence quality hiring decisions, support technology adoption, and deliver a quality customer experience (internal and external).What You'll NeedBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent, preferred.3-5 years of working experience in an internal talent acquisition program or third-party staffing agency/search firm; prior leadership experience preferred.Technical experience with leading Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) technologies is highly preferred; we use Workday.Proven ability to proactively source, pre-qualify, and interview candidates using a variety of leading recruitment resources, including Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, and others.Expertise in quickly building and leveraging strong business relationships with internal and external clients.Comfort working in a metrics-driven performance environment.#LI-CG1-Diversity: Safelite welcomes everyone.
