Some knowledge of metric and imperial baking measurements.Labeling, dating and storing foods properly.Maintaining correct portion sizes, freshness and quality.Stocking retail space with baked goods and maintain the retail space presentation.Following cleaning schedule as provided by management. Also, utilizing the clean as you go techniques.Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.Follow Parkhurst gold standards. Uses smile plus hospitality imperatives.Assist fellow associates at every opportunity.Preform any other duties as assigned by management.Physical Demands:Standing and/or walking 100% of the timeOccasionally lifting 50lbsFrequently lifting up to 20 lbs.
