Every day, our 22,000 employees do the cant be done, solving the most daunting challenges facing our customers.ResponsibilitiesContract Specific Responsibilities:Provide strong program management and task management skills to include action item tracking to a fast paced technology focused mission space.Advise the government office on key developments in their assigned area requiring both immediate and long-term analytic and collection responses by the IC.Support the planning, facilitation, and after action needs for Community sessions and outreach initiatives to address integration matters.Support decision making and special projects on integration issues to include the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior government members, policy makers, military decisions makers, members of Congress, and other major stakeholders on intelligence integration efforts sponsored by the government office.Assist in policy analysis, development, and coordination.Conduct periodic stakeholder surveys and analysisDevelop and recommend strategies and procedures to meet strategic goals.Act as liaison for special events.Support/lead the preparation for and the conduct of stakeholder meetings;Take meeting notes as required.Track organizational taskers, actions and deliverables using NCERTS.Create talking points, read ahead documentation and briefing materials to aid leadership and stakeholders with decisions to ensure successful implementation of projects.QualificationsTo qualify for a Senior-level labor category, the candidate must possess, at a minimum, the following education and experience:Bachelor's degree; and twenty (20) years of work experience related to the technical requirement against which the individual is slated to perform. Four (4) years' experience may be used in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, which would then require the individual to have a total of twenty-four (24) years of work experience related to the technical requirement.If an individual possesses a Master's degree (preferred, but not required), the requirement for related work experience is reduced to eighteen (18)If an individual possesses a PhD, the requirement for related work experience is reduced to fourteen (14)Seven (7) or more years of experience preparing policy-related analysis briefs and materials (eg papers/metrics) for high-level meetings and briefings.Superior knowledge of policy analysis, development, and coordination.Demonstrated ability to oversee the preparation/conduct of policy reviews.Demonstrated project management and staff officer experience within the intelligence community.Superior ability to draft responses to Congressionally Directed Actions (CDAs) and Questions for the Record (QFRs).Superior ability to produce high quality policy memorandums, point papers, and briefings that inform decision makers on policies related to ISE efforts.Superior interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team or collaborative environment; proven ability to lead and support cooperative relationships.Superior oral and written communication skills and a superior ability to express complex, and at times controversial, ideas, explanations, and concepts in a manner appropriate for the audience (eg one-on-one, small groups, hearings and court proceedings, etc.) using a variety of formats (eg email, counseling, briefing, etc.).Expert ability to develop collaborative solutions for issues of common concern with partner organizations; demonstrated ability to manage sensitive matters and/or complex problems; demonstrated ability to lead and develop integrated solutions and strategies.
