Description and RequirementsJOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Associate executes and maintains the marketing initiatives and emailcampaigns for all MI&I products, online services, and content along with managing specific marketing-related projects including updating email marketing and survey templates in the email management system,updating marketing reports and posting to MI&I's social media accounts. The Marketing Associate alsoserves as backup to the marketing list coordinator and customer service when needed.VACCINATION REQUIREMENT:To be considered for US-based positions unless currently employed by WCG, where permitted by applicable law (including any applicable reasonable accommodation, medical or religious exemption), candidates must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by start date.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience, required.QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:Knowledge of basic HTML codingDetail oriented and ability to multitaskStrong copywriting and grammar skillsKnowledge of social media platforms and best practicesWorking knowledge of HubSpot - preferredESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be ableto perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below arerepresentative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.Execute email campaigns via HubSpot and Higher Logic promoting webinars, conferences, productsand services.Create and edit existing and new email marketing templates.Work in conjunction with the Marketing Manager to update email campaign schedules with subject lines and recipient industry segments.Build marketing workflows in HubSpot for conferences, webinars, books, newsletters and databases.Measure, track and analyze marketing efforts by generating daily and weekly marketing reports (daily conference report, weekly eblast bucket analytics, weekly book sales by bucket, weekly books report).Prepare weekly renewal notices for the subscription products.Execute social media strategy developed by the Marketing Manager.Respond to social media queries from customers and followers on the platforms.Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and followers.Maintain professionalism with external clients and fellow colleagues.Keep informed of the industry trends and recent news events through the MI&I publications and online resources.Provide back up to the Marketing List Coordinator to pull and maintain lists in HubSpot and Higher Logic.Provide phone back-up to Customer Service.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
