Overview:Office Services Support Specialist - Full TimeIST is a rapidly growing business process outsourcing (BPO) company and the largest American privately-owned facilities management company. Founded in 1997, the company is a two-time recipient of the Human Resources Professional Excellence Award granted by the Society for Human Resource Management. This is a full time direct hire position handling copy and print services, fleet management, package services, mail services, hospitality and reception coverage. We observe a business professional dress code. Must be willing to cross train for potential advancement opportunities!We are seeking a candidate with office services and facilities experience who is ready to step into a hands-on role. You will be part of a team that and executes all site operations pertaining to office and facilities services, including: mail services, scanning, copy center support, and hospitality support. Then please apply so we can get you onboard!Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, and Paid Time Off.Compensation: While the compensation for this position is finally dependent upon the candidate's experience/qualifications, the approximate compensation for this role will be $15-16 USD per hour.Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities may include:Operating mailing, copy and fax equipmentMaintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitudeTyping correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, sending and receiving faxes, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assignedShipping & ReceivingOrdering suppliesUpdating employee listsPick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customersLift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paperHandle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packagesDemonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environmentConsistently adhere to business procedure guidelinesTake direction from supervisor or site managerParticipate in cross-trainingMaintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detailAdhere to all safety proceduresPerform other tasks as assignedQualifications:Job Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required0 to 2 years' experience in an office services environmentKnowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer and internet savvyAbility to communicate professionally both verbally and written with customers and other employees, both one-on-one and during meetingsMust have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problemsMust have customer service skills, and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of serviceMust have ability to multi-task and prioritizeA valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to and from workAbility to lift up to 55 pounds on occasionStanding for long periods of time; significant walkingWillingness to cross-train for other job functionsIST provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
