Digital Marketing pro with hands-on expertise in Programmatic media buying and SEM to work in collaboration with a best-in-class team of cross-channel digital marketing professionals. This position will report to the Digital Marketing Director. The Digital Marketing manager will be responsible for supporting display campaign execution for membership campaigns and well as SEM and YouTube. Display campaign management will include activities such as new campaign launches, designing and implementing tests, process improvements, and optimization across our active display advertising accounts. The DMM will be an expert in outbound advertising and the associated platforms and will stay in-tune with all digital marketing updates and best practices. Responsibilities: Management of display and video campaigns, across multiple platforms, including Verizon, DV360, and YouTube from planning & execution to analysis and reporting Support SEM campaigns Executing hands-on optimization and implementing strategies for targeting, creative, and funnel optimization to hit performance goals Develop partnerships with our display partners to ensure we're following best practices and gaining access to relevant betas Interpreting campaign data and providing strategic recommendations Conducting industry, audience and competitor research, vetting and recommending new data and media partners Test new DSP partners to accomplish incremental conversions for the business Provide Creative team insights on performance and direction on planned campaign testing schedules for continued improvements and learnings Work with BI teams to implement and QA campaign tracking and reporting integrity Develop learning agenda and action plans to validate bidding, audience, creative strategies and platforms Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition Client DescriptionOur client is one of the largest non-profits in the US, with a very user-centric vision and a strong social mission. Our client prides itself on considering the input of all involved in projects Work with fellow freelancers who know that they're working on projects designed for the betterment of communities Work on national campaigns that are targeted by community Work with others who are interested in outreach and volunteerism Our client has made customer engagement a priority and is interested in all candidates who are passionate about it as well.Required QualificationsBasic Qualifications: 3+ years' experience in digital marketing / media buying 2+ years hands-on keyboard experience in SEM, DSPs & Display Networks (Google Ads, DV360, TradeDesk, Bing, etc.) Strong understanding of the Programmatic ecosystem, including major players in the industry and the key tools and platforms available (DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, Ad Exchanges, Verification & Fraud Technologies, etc.) Experience with ad trafficking specifically Campaign Manager Strong expertise and background in digital analytics and/or audience data management platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.), as well as how to use these tools in paid media campaigns Familiarity with ad serving, tracking, and attribution technologies Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong communication skills Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition Ability to work with high-performing teammates, as well as partners across the enterprise PDN-94b8a079-f163-43f6-8f11-16e2c458df39
