Utilizes experience with Core Banking Systems, Posting, and Account Reconciliation to provide technical guidance for migrating to the cloud and accounting for key downstream operational and business process changes. Analyze business needs to develop and implement solutions that leverage modern Core Banking systems and functionality. Works with the business to understand their needs, related to information technology and enhance business process by promoting new functionality. Using an understanding of the organization's technology infrastructure and specific software applications, assist the business to implement strategic vision through technology. Considered a key stakeholder/key contributor on highly complex systems projects and project teams. To oversee/direct full lifecycle project implementation. To exercise expert technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate operational efficiency and effectivenessAnalyze information, requirements, data, work quality, work methods, processes, service specific practices, standards and metrics/statisticsUses elicitation techniques to gather information at the right level of detail and scope to represent all of the stakeholder's needsIdentifying business requirements (eg, needs, objectives, functions, features, input and output)Develop, recommend and document adjustments to workflow to streamline processes - Broad LatitudeCoordinate integration of solutions with existing applications;
