This position provides technical sales support to assure successful customer integration and implementation of Wireline, Wireless, Cloud, and IT Products/Services. Collaborates and contributes to unit sales plan through pre-sales and/or post-sales technical consulting activities.Job Duties/Responsibilities:Provides pre-sales Sales Engineering support for National Security customers.Develops network architectures / designs across wireline, wireless, and IT domains to solve customer problems and support their missions.Consults with customers in solution development.Serves as pre-sales technical lead / lead engineer / lead architect for:Qualification of sales opportunities,RFP/RFI/RFQ responses,Whitepaper development, andSpecial pre-sales projects.Provides post-sales handoff support for sold opportunities and awarded contracts.Revenue-generating role; on a sales compensation plan.Required Clearance:TS SCI (#topsecret)Required Qualifications:U.S. Citizen; 5+ years in pre-sales network engineering or related roles supporting standard LAN / WAN products and services, bespoke networks, and/or custom / professional services engagements; Supportive of the missions of the National Security and civilian customers.Desired Qualifications:M.S./BS in Electrical Engineering or MS/BS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field; CISSP, CCNP-R/S, CCNP-Security, CCNP-Wireless, or similar technical certification(s); Licensed Professional Engineer. Knowledge of current and emerging networking architectures and protocols.
