Growth Marketing ManagerSippdDo you love running experiments and developing data-driven growth strategies to scale your customer base and optimize conversions? We're hiring a self-motivated Growth Marketer to lead our marketing team that values a culture of Creativity, Self-Discipline, Freedom and Responsibility that will build for our users and take big bets.You'll be a member of a rock star team of top performers dedicated to creating the world's first Artificial Intelligence Personal Sommelier. You will lead a team focused on new product go-to-market strategy, product activation, and delivering effective marketing campaigns that will drive the adoption, engagement, retention of our mobile app. This is a cross-functional role bridges between marketing, product management, and development teams to conceptualize, and launch features and campaigns that will increase usage, traffic, and revenues across digital and traditional channels.What You'll Do:First Week: Crash course in Sippd product features, User Personas, Analytics, current marketing strategies and performance.First Month: Design, run and ideate on a net new marketing experiment to continually discover healthy user product/channel fit.First 3 Months: Lead all Sippd marketing activities by prioritizing key channels based on KPI performance and scaling winning experiments nationally.Define the target audience, craft clear positioning statements, and clearly articulate and communicate Sippd's unique value proposition for buyers and sellers.Analyze marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, calls and surveys from users etc.) to help shape paid and owned marketing strategies.Propose and execute new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as test new approaches to capture existing demand within our target audience.Design, lead, and optimize growth strategy by using owned and paid media channels to grow new user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention in a scalable and efficient wayHelp establish and achieve KPIs, including traffic, revenue, return on ad spend ROAS, - Customer Acquisition Costs CAC, and efficienciesDevelop go-to-market strategies for new product releases and be able to execute online and offline campaigns, including guerilla marketing, gamification, brand partnerships, on-ground activation, and grassroots efforts.Analyze acquisition, retention, and ecommerce analytics data (LTV, AOV, CAC, CPD, CR) to maximize ROI and customer experience.Lead analysis of marketing tactics and their impact to the business and make recommendations that continually improve the efficacy of go-to-market plans.Who You Are:5+ years of growth marketing, product marketing, and/or similar consulting experience within the growth and product marketing space, preferably at a startup or within a small team.Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data, metric, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to generate and execute creative ideas.Experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and third-party programs.In-depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates.Highly goal-oriented and resilient in their pursuit of growth.Open minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.Experienced in collaborating across teams and functions and have a knack for explaining complex challenges in an organized, clear manner.Thrive in an independent, high-energy environment where tasks, priorities, and projects change rapidly.Track record of driving growth and results through marketing strategies and campaigns.Love market research!
