The CSA will also develop outside sales action plans to grow our market share and success, contribute valuable sales and marketing information, and provide strategic recommendations to achieve operational objectives. Working with current and potential customers in set territoryDeveloping and maintaining new relationships with commercial properties and key decision-makersConducting project estimates on sitePreparing and presenting project proposalsStaying very involved in the community through participation in specific trade associationsPlanning and participating in marketing and trade shows/expos.Required Skills/Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsGoal-oriented, organized team playerSelf-motivated and self-directedCreative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challengeDemonstrated and proven sales resultsBachelor's degree preferred with concentration in marketing principlesMinimum 2-4 years of sales or marketing experienceStrong working knowledge of marketing concepts, positioning, sales planning, competitive analysis and product developmentWorking knowledge of Salesforce or equivalent CRMOutside sales and/or customer service experience and a working knowledge of social media and emerging technologies is a plusExperience with Trade Shows (2-3 annually) is desirableMust have a working and reliable vehicle
