Ethics Compliance Manager Position Description CGI Federal seeks an experienced Ethics Compliance Manager to help implement, manage, and continuously improve CGI Federal's Ethics Compliance Program. As a federal government contractor, CGI Federal has a strong commitment to ethics and integrity in its daily operations. CGI Federal's Ethics Compliance Program includes: a robust training curriculum; monthly ethics awareness bulletins featuring topical issues; a Hotline reporting system for ethical concerns; and its "Standards of Ethics and Business Conduct" (the "Standards") along with corporate policies, procedures, and guidance. The Ethics Compliance Manager will report to CGI Federal's Senior Counsel for Ethics & Trade Compliance and contribute to the organization, design, and implementation of CGI Federal's Ethics Compliance Program.Your future duties and responsibilities Specifically, the Ethics Compliance Manager will perform the following key activities: Help promote CGI Federal's strong ethics compliance culture by implementing an effective communication strategy and managing the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of CGI Federal's Ethics Compliance Program; Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of CGI Federal's ethics compliance training curriculum in close coordination with CGI Federal's training vendor to educate members and promote awareness of the legal/ethical standards that apply to their jobs; Maintain and update CGI Federal's Standards and related corporate policies, procedures, and guidance; Keep abreast of legal developments and industry best practices affecting CGI Federal's Ethics Compliance Program and reflect changes by updating/ creating new corporate policies, procedures, and guidance (including updates to the Standards) and training materials; As part of the Ethics Office, provide guidance to members on ethics, business conduct, and compliance matters; Collaborate with other corporate functions (eg, Legal, Security, Human Resources, etc.) to identify and resolve proactively ethics and compliance matters; Manage, administer, and maintain the CGI Federal Hotline and maintain accurate records of the prompt and full investigation and resolution of all ethical matters reported through the Hotline and other reporting channels; Maintain records with respect to the CGI Federal's Ethics Compliance Program, including individual training records; Help prepare quarterly ethics and compliance reports for CGI Federal's Board of Directors; and Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Program by measuring and monitoring compliance activity and trends, participating or arranging for periodic compliance audits, and collecting employee feedback on the Program through surveys or other means.Required qualifications to be successful in this role Successful candidates must have: (1) a minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience assisting in the management of a corporate ethics compliance program and (2) at least a Bachelor's Degree, although a graduate degree is preferred. Certification as Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP or CCEP-I) is a real plus.The Ethics Compliance Manager will be expected to work collaboratively with minimal supervision and simultaneously manage/coordinate multiple projects. The Ethics Compliance Manager must be detail-oriented, have strong organizational and emotional intelligence, and be able to interact effectively with members at all levels of management.
