Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an experienced University Relations & Recruiting (UR&R) Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our University Recruiting Team. This can be a remote role with up to 25% travel in support of the business.Responsibilities include:Completing full life-cycle recruiting for various talent profiles, management teams and office locationsDeveloping and maintaining favorable relationships with internal and external stakeholders - including campus relationshipsCreating innovative candidate engagement strategies for maintaining talent pipelinesDeveloping, analyzing, and proactively sharing UR&R metrics/trendsCommitting to increasing internal awareness of UR&R service offerings and activityDeveloping and implementing process improvements that drive operating excellenceCollaborating with other sector and enterprise colleagues on projects and initiativesAttending campus and conference events as neededSuccessful candidates should also possess the following key traits:Prior recruiting experience, college preferredActs with a sense of urgency and prioritizes responsibilitiesExceptional business process, analytical skills, and attention to detailStrong interpersonal and relationship management skillsAbility to function independently and collaboratively in a high-volume fast paced corporate environmentAbility to adapt to changing business environment and requirementsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalOur recruiters push the boundaries of possibilities. Excel, PowerPoint)US CitizenAbility to travel at least 25% of the timePreferred qualificationsDirect experience as a Campus/University RecruiterExperience with Workday (ATS)Exposure or familiarity with other recruitment management tools like YelloExposure or familiarity with SharePointFamiliarity and experience with DE&I talent acquisition strategiesSalary Range: 61400 - 92000Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
