You'll own and lead the development/design of B2C email automation and broadcasts as well as measure, evaluate, and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals. You'll also engage with users on social media platforms and partner websites. With the growth we've had over the last few years, there will always be more to do and the potential for growth and development in this position is very exciting!Who You Are So, what does it take to be successful as a Marketing Assistant at American Pest? For starters, you'll be meticulous and passionate about furthering American Pest's positive brand image. You'll also have A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field (preferred)3 years of experience in service industry marketing (preferred)Experience building complex marketing strategies and campaignsExperience analyzing campaign data and reporting on resultsExposure to digital and direct response marketingCompetence as a creative writerStrong project management skillsStrong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinkingProficiency with marketing and sales automation toolsHigh proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; experience with pivot tables to conduct analysis of data sets from multiple data sources a plusExperience with HTML Coding, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, & Adobe IllustratorThe ability to travel as necessaryThe ability to multi-task and prioritize competing responsibilities according to urgency and importanceThe ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend EnglishLegal eligibility to work in the U.SWho We Are Founded in 1925, American Pest is a fun and energetic mid-size company located in the newly-developed community of Maple Lawn, in Fulton, Maryland (Howard County).
