We are currently seeking an experienced Sourcer to be part of the next generation of the Talent Acquisition organization and play a pivotal role in our recruiting strategy, technology optimization, and recruiting marketing.The Sourcer hired into this role will be responsible for using their professional experience and network to source candidates for requisitions and pipeline. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with client-facing recruiters and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and build a targeted sourcing plan. This position will target engineering based talent supporting our space products launch and missile defense systems. This is a remote position based in the US.Roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Researching market conditions and industry trends as it relates to our competitors to assist in decision-making and marketing positions.Utilizing professional networks to source candidates for active requisitions.Sourcing candidates from a variety of sources, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, Entelo, Hiretual , , social media, and search engines. Google Chrome, Google X-ray, advanced Boolean searching strings and niche job boards.Using social networking mediums (ie LinkedIn groups and other online forums) to promote employment brand messaging that drives traffic to open roles by establishing and promoting positive relationships.Utilizing Avature CRM to track day-today sourcing activity and the Workday candidate management systems.Supporting events based sourcing, focused invitational events, and targeted career fairs.Attracting cleared talent to the company and have a knowledge base of security clearance.Ensuring data integrity of the candidate management database.Extensive data mining of various social media to identify candidate profiles - Support Recruiting team throughout the recruiting process.Conducting phone screens to pre-qualify qualified candidates, and maintaining candidate contact.As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Northrop Grumman, you will directly impact the quality of candidates we hire by sourcing and prescreening top quality talent in the marketplace. We need a social media savvy Sourcer to support our aggressive hiring goals who shares our high impact culture, core values, and passion for delivering incredible service to our customer with each and every candidate.This role maybe filled at a level 3 (Principal) or level 4 (Senior Principal), based on the qualifications listed below.Basic Qualifications for Principal Level:Bachelor's degree and six years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.Experience with sourcing technical talent across various engineering disciplines (Systems, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Cyber, and Nuclear Surety, Radiation Effects).Experience sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Clearancejobs.US citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a security clearance.Basic Qualifications for Senior Principal Level:Bachelor's degree and ten years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.Experience with sourcing technical talent across various engineering disciplines (Systems, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Cyber, and Nuclear Surety, Radiation Effects).Experience sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Clearancejobs - US citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a security clearance.Preferred Qualifications:Corporate recruiting experience and/or staffing agency recruitment.Salary Range: 103700 - 150000Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
