Program Manager - Army Cyber Programs Position Description CGI Federal has an immediate need for a Project Manager. This project supports the US Army Product Manager for Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) with their cyberspace analytics capability consisting of a secure, common, community-wide analytical engine framework that allows for consistency across agencies, services, classified domains, and a distributed environment. The scope of the project includes the management and maintenance of an Army development and testing environment, analytic development, employment of upgrades and enhancements to the development and testing environment, development of interfaces and visualizations, cyber hunt, solution prototyping and integration, documentation, logistics and fielding support, cyber security, operational support and training.Your future duties and responsibilities This position serves as the Government's primary point-of-contact and to provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the contract. The PM is ultimately responsible for the quality and efficiency of the performance of the contract to include both technical issues and business processes. The PM shall have organizational authority to execute the requirements of the contract. The PM shall assign tasking to contractor personnel, supervise on-going technical efforts, and manage overall contract performance. The PM shall oversee fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program; will develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports; will manage program staffing to ensure operational and project needs are met; will ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables; serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters. This individual shall be readily available to respond to Government questions, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues.Required qualifications to be successful in this role Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or Information Systems, or Engineering, or Business, or related scientific or technical discipline 10+ years experience with application design, development, testing, integration and fielding support Excellent written and oral communication skills to meet the requirement of developing and presenting complex information to senior Government officials using Microsoft Office Suite applications Active Top Secret security clearance is requiredDesired Qualification: Experience in the defensive cyber domain#CGIFederalJobBuild your career with us.It is an extraordinary time to be in business.
