This is a brand new role reporting to the Head of Marketing, where you will be responsible for increasing Soracom's brand awareness and generating new inbound leads through paid marketing channels.You will be a highly analytical individual, obsessed with CRO, and extremely comfortable creating and optimizing campaigns across Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. You will also have experience advertising on less traditional paid opportunities such as Reddit, Quora, Taboola, and others, coming up with strategies for testing these channels in our marketing campaigns.This is a crucial top-of-funnel role, where you will be amplifying existing content, building new landing pages, creating ad high-growth campaigns, and nurturing prospects with retargeting.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out keyword research and identifying new opportunities for growth.Building high-converting landing pages for a range of campaigns including paid search, retargeting, content amplification, and more.Running ad campaigns across a multitude of paid channels to drive traffic to the Soracom marketing site from both new and returning visitors.Diversifying into new paid channels as potential opportunities for lead generation.Running A/B experiments to continuously improve the performance of our paid marketing.Reporting on performance all the way along the funnel, from CTR through to ROAS and customer acquisition.RequirementsKey Requirements3+ years of experience generating leads through paid marketing channels for high-growth B2B tech companies1+ years experience working remotely across time zones in a multicultural environmentProven experience writing really great ad copyExperience with online communication tools like SlackOutstanding English written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to work well with creative teams across design and copy in order to serve assets across paid channelsStrong technical acumen, especially with HTML, CSS, and JS.BenefitsPerksFlexible working hours and fully remote working environmentBrand new, up-to-date equipment to work fromAn environment where you'll learn more in 6 months than you would typically in several years.Competitive compensation and benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits & life insurance)Paid time off and work-life balanceChallenging work and the ability to make a differenceLocationFully remote work located within the United States
