We carry over 4,500 brands across 2000+ different product categories.We are seeking an experienced Paid Search expert, who can work in a demanding and fast-paced environment. This position at Ecentria offers the opportunity to work with a multi-million-dollar ad-spend for multiple domains competing for best performance with the likes of Amazon, Cabela's, Bass Pro Shops, REI, Walmart and other e-commerce giants. In short, this is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Paid Search/Search Engine Marketing professional with a track record of strong Paid Search/PPC results in competitive markets, who learns quickly, thrives when given new challenges, and wants to grow professionally.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlan, build, and implement pay per click strategies for our paid search platforms (Google, Bing, Yahoo, and more).Manage campaigns with data driven approach to maximize ROI on variety of search engines and achieve business KPI goals.Scale new and existing paid media channels to improve various KPIsTest and analyze keywords, bids, ad copy, landing pages, and ad types.Utilize insights from our advertising partners, advanced tools, internal reports, and analytics to take performance to a higher level.Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly trends and KPIs across all channels.Generate, analyze, and report on performance while providing actionable insights and recommendations.Collaborate with internal Marketing teams like Design, Web Content, SEO, Copywriting and others to improve campaign performance through landing page optimization, content creation and bid strategy alignment to improve business KPIs.Be in the know on the latest trends and news in paid search and digital advertising to improve performance of our campaigns.Qualifications, Skills & RequirementsDegree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or equivalent.3+ Years Paid Advertising experience.Experience directly managing large ad budgets at least $250K in ad spend.Analytical and critical thinker who can execute methodically.Strong data driven analytical and quantitative skills with keen ability to translate analysis into actionable insights and business decisions.Positive attitude, strong work ethics, and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities and get things done efficiently.Required platform experience: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads.Experience at a paid media agency, or large in house team preferred.Project Management experience is a plus.Hands on bid management platform expertise is a plus.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel and an overall comfort with software, technology, and the internet preferred.Familiarity with social PPC platforms, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing and more is a plus but not required.BenefitsMedical Insurance from Blue Cross Blue Shield, including HSA, HMO, and PPO options.Prescription, dental and vision insurance.Employer-paid life, AD&D and disability insurance.Employer-paid employee assistance program.Generous FTO (flexible time off).401k retirement benefits plan with a company match.Voluntary legal support services & pet insurance.Salary commensurate with work experience and education.Ecentria is the winner of many prestigious HR-driven awards, including:Best & Brightest Place to Work in Chicago, 2021Best & Brightest Place to Work in Chicago, 2020Best & Brightest Place to Work in Chicago, 2019Top Workplace in Chicago (Chicago Tribune Award), 2019Top Workplace in Chicago, (Chicago Tribune Award), 2018Best & Brightest Place to Work in the Nation, 2018Work Location - RemoteEcentria, LLC and its Companies are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
