About The RoleAs the HR Partner, you will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, including overseeing our immigration programs and onboarding new Brivo employees. You will be responsible for ensuring all employee records are up-to-date and confidential and act as the main point of contact for employees' queries on HR-related topics.In this role you will also be expected to:Benefits & Compensation:Administer all benefit programs provided by Brivo including, but not limited to, medical, dental, leaves of absences, disability, retirement, COBRA, and worker's compensation, including coordinating enrollment and changesEnsure employees are aware of, and able to fully utilize, Brivo benefit offerings and changes through employee communicationsAssist employees with claims resolution and advise on benefit offerings (ie explaining benefit-related policies, procedures, and regulations)Plan and coordinate annual open enrollment, wellness programs, fairs, and meetings with vendorsCoordinate process for annual salary increasesBenchmark positions, as needed, to ensure pay equity within the organization and in relation to the marketHuman Resources:Conduct new employee onboarding, including orientation, and help organize training and development initiativesProvide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may ariseAssist Recruiter with full life-cycle recruiting of technical positions and coordinate student intern program as neededOversee immigration programs and assists foreign citizens with immigration procedures.Ensure all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Advise and provide immigration guidance to recruiters and hiring managers on the hiring of new employees (eg H-1B change of employer, timeline, process, etc.).Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations relative to employment and mandated benefitsAbout YouBachelor's degree in related field is required.
