Their dynamic office culture strives to reward employees for their hard work and dedication in a friendly environment About the Job:Provide paralegal support to attorneys specializing in corporate formations, corporate governance, and securities regulations.Assist with various corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and private equity investments.Assist with due diligence efforts.Prepare and disseminate various types of corporate filings.Review and analyze UCC searches and prepare UCC filings for various jurisdictions.Coordinate additional substantive research and writing projects as needed.
