Bookkeeper - Great Location in Rockville!About the Company and Opportunity: Our client in a school in Rockville whose focus is to educate, build community, and be inclusive of all! Due to growth, they are looking to hire a self-motivated Bookkeeper. This position is temporary and can go permanent for the right candidate! Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8a-5p. Pay Rate: $22-26 per hour. Position is 100% in office and free parking is available! Current employees have great things to say such as: "Better learning experience, supporting, wide range of activities, dedicated staff" Overview of the Bookkeeper role: Complete AP/AR/Payroll Perform all bank reconciliations Keep track of daily cash flow Monthly account reconciliations of all bank accounts Assist with maintaining chart of accounting Prepare and post all journal entries to the general ledger Maintain fixed assets and depreciations schedule Preferred Qualifications for the Bookkeeper role: 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Excel #CFS2021
